Access & Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS

We can assist you with the NDIS process from pre-access through to having a plan in place. If you require assessment to contribute to your Primary Evidence of Disability (Functional Capacity Assessment), please contact us.

Occupational Therapy via NDIS

We offer ongoing occupational therapy for functional gain. Our OTs collaborate with you to enhance independence and participation in daily activities, therapy can be tailored to meet goals in personal care, home management, community access, and other areas.

We offer comprehensive home modification assessments and organisation, working with builders experienced in disability modifications.

Our Assistive Technology (AT) assessments can include tailored wheelchairs, pressure care, and other needs including showering equipment, specialised beds and seating, hoists, toileting aids, and more

NDIS-funded Dietetics

We have extensive experience working with individuals who live with neurological conditions, including degenerative conditions like Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson’s Disease, as well as acquired conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and stroke (CVA).
